A banner earns its place when it closes a recurring gap between a person standing somewhere and the local people who can act on what that person needs.
Strong Hub signals
- People repeatedly ask what to do, where to go, who to contact, or what is available.
- The location has several real request paths, providers, services, or nearby destinations.
- Visitors naturally pause there—at a counter, entrance, parking area, venue, table, sign, or waiting point.
- A host can approve a visible placement and at least one operator will monitor incoming requests.
Not ready yet
- There is no recurring visitor question or local demand to organize.
- Nobody is responsible for reviewing the requests after they arrive.
- The placement would imply emergency dispatch, guaranteed service, or automatic fulfillment.
- The location has no practical place for people to discover or use the doorway.
